5 Things you should NEVER say to a diabetic!

          1. You don't look like a diabetic...

                  What exactly does a diabetic look like??

          2. At least you don't have cancer!

                  Is that supposed to make me feel lucky or something??

          3. Wait, can you eat that?

                 Well unless there's poison in it...

          4. I could never take shots everyday, i hate needles!

                 Well the alternative is dying so...

                 Thanks, but anyone can get diabetes. You can be skinny, fat or average sized;                  it’s a nondiscriminatory disease! Even the most healthy, fit person can get diabetes.

            Remember: The pancreas’ inability to produce insulin causes type 1, not because of             someone’s size.

Diabetes

As a diabetic person i would like to talk about the full time job i'm working which is Diabetes.
I wasn't born with it and it's not from eating too much sugar either! Diabetes is a complex group of diseases with a variety of causes , some of them are : heredity, obesity and physical inactivity, abnormal glucose production by the liver, environmental factors such as foods, viruses, toxins...

2 years ago , i found that i have diabetes after always having blurry eyes, excessive thirst, frequent urination, feeling tired most of the time and urge to sleep and i also lost about 14 kg in a period of a month and a half!
